Hisense has launched its latest laser display lineup in Malaysia, comprising the Hisense XR10, Hisense PX4PRO, and Hisense L9Q.
All three models in the new lineup deliver 4K UHD resolution (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) powered by Texas Instruments’ 0.47-inch DLP chip technology.
The launch event also marked the debut of the industry’s first 120-inch laser display projected onto a VIQMAX ALR screen, setting a new benchmark for home theatre setups in Malaysia.
Hisense XR10
The Hisense XR10 is built for large venues and premium home theatres, capable of projecting 4K UHD resolution (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) across screen sizes up to 300 inches.
Powered by RGB triple-colour laser projection, it outputs 6,000 ANSI Lumens of brightness and utilises a dynamic IRIS lens to achieve a native contrast ratio of 6000:1. It features speckle reduction technology to maintain clear visuals in bright environments.
The projector includes intelligent cameras and automatic lens shifting for precise alignment, alongside an advanced liquid cooling system that ensures long-term, maintenance-free performance.
Hisense PX4PRO
Aimed at living room setups, the Hisense PX4PRO Laser Cinema delivers 4K UHD resolution (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) using the LPU Digital Laser Engine 3.0 and an RGB triple-laser module.
It outputs 3,500 ANSI Lumens of brightness, providing enough illumination to eliminate the need for blackout curtains during daytime viewing. Hardware includes a DMD 0.47-inch DLP chip for sharp detailing and a precision IRIS lens to improve colour accuracy while reducing glare.
For audio and HDR playback, the PX4PRO comes equipped with IMAX Enhanced certification, Dolby Vision, and built-in Devialet Audio.
Hisense L9Q
The Hisense L9Q is an ultra-short throw projector designed to cast 4K UHD images (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) ranging from 80 to 200 inches onto high-bright ALR screens.
Running on LPU Technology 2.0, it produces 5,000 ANSI Lumens of brightness and a 5000:1 contrast ratio. Trichrom laser technology handles colour reproduction, while the unit supports both IMAX Enhanced and Dolby Vision Atmos.
It also includes an Autoscreen Fit feature to allow the ultra-short throw hardware to integrate seamlessly into existing home entertainment spaces.
Pricing and availability
According to Hisense, the Hisense Laser Family is available through authorised Hisense Malaysia retailers nationwide. Both the Hisense XR10 and the Hisense PX4PRO are priced at RM23,999, while the Hisense L9Q retails for RM29,999.
