- Months 13 to 15: 55% of original price
- Months 16 to 18: 50% of original price
- Months 19 to 21: 45% of original price
- Months 22 to 24: 40% of original price
All buyback windows are calculated strictly from the date you enrol into the plan rather than the device purchase date

At present, Swap Protect 360 is available exclusively for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max.
Base models like the standard iPhone 17 and upcoming Android flagships such as the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold 8, and Fold 8 Ultra cannot be enrolled in Protect 360 at launch.

Underwritten by The Pacific Insurance Bhd, Swap Protect 360 covers repairs for accidental drops, screen cracks, and liquid damage. The policy also adds an extended warranty beyond the standard one year Apple manufacturer warranty
Attended theft protection is included as well, which protects owners if their phone is stolen while in their direct possession or care. For users who prefer carrying their phone without bulky cases, this removes the constant anxiety of paying massive out of pocket repair fees or suffering a total device loss.
Swap Protect 360 pricing, CIMB discount, and sign up deadline
Swap Protect 360 retails at RM1,099 for the full two year plan, with Swap offering a 24 month zero per cent interest instalment facility at RM45.79 monthly.
