Ranhill SAJ, the water services provider for Johor, has teamed up with Yes 5G to introduce a new initiative aimed at supporting Johor households with cost savings while improving access to connectivity. The programme offers a water bill rebate for residents who subscribe to eligible Yes 5G Advanced broadband plans.
Under this collaboration, eligible customers will receive a RM10.50 monthly voucher for their water bill for the first six months after signing up to Yes 5G broadband. The initiative brings together two essential services, water and internet, as part of efforts to ease everyday expenses and support Johor’s broader digital transformation agenda.
Ranhill SAJ Interim CEO Mohd Hedzir Hanafi said, “Our role goes beyond delivering safe and reliable water services. We are committed to improving everyday living for the households we serve. Through this collaboration with Yes, we are able to introduce meaningful savings for families while encouraging greater digital engagement through the Ranhill SAJ app. It is another step towards building a more

Eligible Yes 5G Broadband Plans
To take up this promo, Johor residents can sign up to one of the following Yes 5G broadband plans:
- 36-months contract: RM68/month + Free Infinite Gateway Max Router
- 24-months contract: RM99/month + Free Infinite Gateway Max Router
- 12-months contract: RM99/month + RM299 for Infinite Gateway Max Router
Yes 5G Broadband plans offer uncapped 5G Advanced data and speed, and 500GB of 4G data with uncapped speed. On top of that, Yes 5G is also providing free 1-year access to iQiyi video streaming.
How to redeem Water Bill Savings?
Johor residents can enjoy RM10.50 / month water rebate for 6 months with the following steps:
- Download the Ranhill SAJ mobile app (Apple App Store / Google Play Store)
- Sign up for any eligible Yes 5G Broadband Plan
- Provide the SAJ water account number for verification (Get account number from Ranhill SAJ app)
- Once verified and the account is activated, customers will receive RM10.50 monthly voucher for their water bill for the first six months
