Zeekr has introduced the Zeekr 8X, a new high-performance flagship SUV positioned alongside the Zeekr 9X as part of its dual-flagship lineup.

This is a hybrid AWD SUV built on Geely’s SEA-S architecture and powered by what the company calls its Super Electric Power (SEP) Hybrid System.

According to Zeekr, the 8X is designed to combine performance, handling and luxury in a single package. Similar to the larger Zeekr 9X, it runs on a 900V architecture and the SUV can be configured with either twin or triple electric motors, paired to a 2.0T Super Electric Hybrid Engine.

The top-spec triple-motor Flagship Edition delivers a 0–100km/h sprint in 2.96 seconds, which the brand claims makes it the world’s fastest-accelerating hybrid SUV.
