SoyaCincau.com is actively hiring a creative, sharp and experienced Graphic Designer (Full time and Freelance) to join our growing team. We want someone who can translate complex ideas into bold, vibrant visuals that spark curiosity and drive engagement.

Established in 2008, SoyaCincau.com is Malaysia’s leading multi-language tech media platform, publishing in English, BM, and Chinese. We exist to connect with inquisitive minds by keeping them informed. From smartphones and EVs to digital finance and tech policies, we aim to build a society of responsible content creators and consumers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design & Visual Creation
- YouTube Thumbnail Architect: Craft bold, scroll-stopping thumbnails that spark curiosity and boost views.
- Social Media Maestro: Design striking visuals for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X—balancing fresh formats and the SoyaCincau style.
- Festive Flair Mastermind: Create vibrant posters for holidays and milestones—infusing visuals with festive energy.
- Merchandise Magician: Produce compelling marketing materials and product mockups that make our merch irresistible.
- New Product Alchemist: Develop new merch lines that reflect our brand, capture trends, and resonate with our audience.
- Brand Touchpoint Stylist: Deliver on-brand visuals for car wraps, EV chargers, event materials, and company collaterals.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Creative Brief Whisperer: Interpret design briefs clearly and ask the right questions to ensure strategic alignment.
- Brand Consistency Champion: Align every output with brand guidelines, tone, and SOPs.
- Creative Collaborator-in-Chief: Work closely with editorial, social media, and video teams to ensure cohesive visuals.
- Design Mentor & Toolsmith: Share your expertise in design tools and best practices to support team growth.
- Creative Conductor: Contribute fresh ideas, manage timelines, and uphold brand standards.
- Visual Strategy Aligner: Ensure visuals align with marketing and editorial objectives.
You’re a Good Fit If You Have
- 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.
- A sharp eye for design trends and the ability to turn complex ideas into impactful visuals.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Canva; bonus if experienced with animation tools.
- A good understanding of how visuals drive social media engagement.
- A marketing mindset with an ability to convert brand values into compelling content.
- A research-driven approach to design, with clear justifications for creative choices.
- Independence, proactiveness, and strong time management.
- Resilience under pressure and openness to feedback.
- A collaborative spirit and love for brainstorming with a creative team.
- A passion for tech, gadgets, EVs, and digital media.
